The project, conceived in 2019 in the Zákia urban area in Querétaro, Mexico, consists of two towers housing 120 apartments, as well as buildings with 10 duplex units and 4 triplexes, totaling 134 apartments. Additionally, the complex incorporates 12 commercial premises, adding dynamism and providing additional services to the area.

The total project area spans 20,460 square meters, with the duplex and triplex buildings, as well as the commercial premises, distributed alongside the two towers. This layout not only ensures optimal housing arrangements but also contributes to creating a diverse and complete environment.

The variety of housing typologies, including apartments, duplexes, and triplexes, reflects the project’s goal of catering to the diverse needs and preferences of potential residents. The inclusion of commercial premises within the complex adds convenience for the residents while creating gathering points in the area.
