> torre del Bosque
The "Torre del Bosque" project, designed in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, is located in Mexico City on a prime site at the intersection of Andrés Bello, Elliot, and Campos Elíseos streets, offering views of Paseo de la Reforma, the National Auditorium, and Chapultepec Forest. This 29-story, 82,500-square-meter tower accommodates both offices and exclusive residential units.
The building is divided into several phases: Phase 01 is designated for office and retail spaces, while Phase 02 will house residential units. This layout allows for mixed-use functionality, optimizing both pedestrian flow and project profitability.
Access to the building is provided through multiple entrances, including one from the parking area and another for the “Sky Lobby,” reserved for residential use. This ensures a clear separation between the commercial and residential zones.
The inclusion of a Sky Bar offers panoramic views of the city, becoming a central hub for social gatherings, leisure, and entertainment within the building. High-quality materials are employed throughout, with a glass façade reflecting the surrounding landscape.
