The Mayakoba Master Plan is an urban development located in the Mayakoba region, near Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. This project spans two main lots with a total area of 62,346.18 m² and envisions the construction of 412 housing units within a high-density scheme.

The project features various housing typologies, including 104 houses of different sizes and 308 apartments, of which 92 are organized in a quadruplex format, while 216 are located in six 4-story buildings.

Additionally, the plan includes extensive common areas, such as a clubhouse, paddle tennis and multipurpose courts, swimming pools, pet-friendly areas, a jogging circuit, and recreational spaces for children. A commercial area with 51 stores is also planned, located before the entrance portico, which features access control with three entry lanes and two exit lanes. The design integrates native vegetation and respects the existing ecological zones in the eastern part of the site.
