> Parallel Atlas
The Parallel project is a residential development featuring homes ranging from 50 to 90 m², distributed across 5 towers of 6 levels and 10 phases, with a total of 1,148 homes and a total built area of 130,800 m². In the access area of the complex, directly adjacent to the street, there are designated spaces for future commercial development and public use. By structuring the development in phases, the largest proportion of common areas and amenities are included in the first phase to increase the added value of the project from the outset.
The buildings are arranged in parallel, creating open spaces and green areas between them, which promote natural ventilation and lighting of the interior spaces, while also providing a sense of spaciousness and uniformity in the facade design. The evenly distributed rectangular windows allow for ample natural light, and the neutral tones of the facade contribute to a refined, cohesive environment.
In the central green area, there are rest and recreation spaces with landscaped areas for residents. Parking demand is addressed at ground level, beneath the footprint of the buildings, and in basement levels, which frees up surface space for communal uses and green areas.
