The project, developed in collaboration with Estudio Lamela, is situated on a paved platform with an access plaza in front, maintaining the existing control booth.
The objective is to create prototype administrative offices and complementary works, aligned with the architectural program and staff requirements, while adhering to current institutional regulations. The design emphasizes a modern, comfortable, and functional aesthetic, with flexibility for future expansions.
The building was designed with a structure of columns, beams, and reinforced concrete slabs, allowing for future growth and meeting standards for quality, safety, and habitability. The spaces are equipped with natural light, air conditioning, and the option for natural ventilation.
Tempered and frosted glass, durable marble flooring, modular suspended false ceilings, and wall finishes with pastes and washable textured paint, such as Corev, are used. In the bathrooms, white marble tiles will be applied for both floors and walls.
