Conceptual project for "Atlas Desarrollos", consisting of 87 apartments, located in El Mirador, Querétaro. The design includes two apartment structures: one with 4 levels and another with 14 levels, offering housing typologies ranging from 90, 70, and 50 m². Positioned on a 36,229 m² plot with significant slopes, the project is designed to adapt to the existing topography.
The parking areas are designed as external blocks distributed near the buildings, integrating with the surrounding terrain and connecting to the other areas of the development via bridges.
