Located in one of the fastest-growing areas in the city of Querétaro, the project consists of a complex of apartments that adapt to the sloping terrain to maximize functionality and provide expansive views of the city from both the interiors of the units and the shared outdoor spaces.
The housing volumes are arranged along the site, with each one elevated at the rear to accommodate shaded parking areas beneath the cantilevered structures. A vehicular access ramp runs along the buildings' long axis, distributing circulation throughout the complex. The volumes are centrally placed on the site to create green spaces throughout the development. The interior spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows, which facilitate natural light and ventilation. These openings, arranged in an apparently random pattern on the façade, along with the thickened edges of the cantilevered sections, add depth and visual dynamism to the façades.
The common areas are enhanced with amenities and recreational spaces distributed across the development, as well as a swimming pool surrounded by an open space with trees and rest areas offering panoramic views, located at the lower end of the buildings.
