The project consists of the development of a residential tower with 10 levels above ground and one below ground in the Cumbres del Lago subdivision, Querétaro. With a total of 52 apartments, the 2,424 m² lot on Calle Lago de Pátzcuaro houses a structure oriented from North to South (with an 8º variation).
The main entrance, located on the upper basement level, connects to the street and houses the reception area, while an additional entrance is located in the games and pool area. These access points are replicated in the three vertical cores that connect to the parking levels.
On the first level, there are public areas, including a multipurpose room, gym, bar, library, pool, and games area. Four apartments on this level stand out for their spaciousness and interior patios.
The apartments on the typical floor share a common design, with the bedrooms facing west and the public areas facing east, separated by a central wet core. Corner apartments feature larger terraces and service rooms with bathrooms. All apartments, except the corner units, include internal storage rooms and balconies with lake views.
